These Costa Rican coffee beans come from one of the exceptional coffee farms in the Tarrazu region and can be part of your daily routine. Whether you use it as an espresso drink, pour over or drip coffee, you will not be disappointed.

This arabica bean is a classic Tarrazu exhibiting the fruity, nutty characteristics that make this region's coffees famous. Brightness, body, complexity, aroma and good balance are all clearly apparent. It has the classic piquant acidity and lively winey flavor expected of the region’s best coffees.

Cupping Notes: Balanced with notes of lush tropical fruit and bittersweet chocolate and has a smooth pronounced body.

Peru

Discover the rich flavors of Peru La Florida, a coffee that showcases the quality of Peruvian soil and the hard work of its farmers. Grown in the lush La Florida region, this coffee balances sweetness and complexity.

Each sip brings brown sugar, ripe fruits, and subtle floral hints. Its medium body provides a refreshing and pleasant taste. This coffee reflects the care and sustainable methods of its farmers.

Roasted in small batches, we bring out the unique qualities of Peru La Florida, enhancing its natural flavors. Ideal for savoring alone as an espresso drink, or pour over, this coffee invites you to enjoy each cup.

Nicaragua

Organic Nicaragua Finca La Isabelia is produced by a family of multi-generation farmers located in the heart of the Jinotega Department, approximately 9 miles northeast of the department’s capital in the picturesque Cordillera Isabella mountains. The Cordillera range cuts through the center of Jinotega, claiming several peaks, a majority of the country’s hiking trails and a large number of small coffee plantations.

The farm takes immense pride in each phase of their production, taking their variety of caturra trees from cherry to final export. Their soil consists of clay and volcanic ash, and a natural shade canopy provides cover from excessive sun.

Guatemala Decaf HHT Royal Select

This coffee is shade grown under guava, plantain and banana trees in the Huehuetenango region, surrounded by the Cuchumantanes Mountains and the Maxbal Forest Reserve. These beans are roasted for maximum flavor!

This decaf coffee is most enjoyable as an espresso drink, pour over, and drip style coffees.

Years ago, my instinctual connection with coffee deepened during serene cycling moments, pausing for rich brews. Initially, I explored flavors—from delicate pour-overs to comforting milk-based drinks. This led me to experiment with artisanal beans in my kitchen, each with a unique story. My evolving relationship with cycling and coffee became transformative, teaching me to savor every sip and ride. This inspiration birthed Fondo Coffee—a blend of my passions, inviting others to enjoy a journey of flavor and connection, one cup at a time.
